LINGO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 2nd day of February, 1983 , considered the re- quest of Everitt T. Lingo to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the Ni SW4, Section 2, T1N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Everitt T. Lingo for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition above listed.
