This letter is to advise you that our records have been updated to conform with record title as reflected by the August 2002 Title Opinion and that adjustments will be made retroactive to the date of the subject Opinion, to the extent possible. Please review the enclosed Updated Division Orders and, if they meet with your approval, sign them before two witnesses. The originals should be returned to me; copies are provided for your records.
