4kV MEMORANDUM
WII!. TO: Weld County Board of County Commissioners -
COLORADO DATE: July 8, 2004
FROM: Sheri Lockman, Planner II
SUBJECT: ZPMH-191, Dearal Beddo
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed ZPMH-191 on June 28, 2004. The case was
continued to allow the applicant and planning staff additional time to resolve the issues. As
originally requested by Planning Staff, Mr. Beddo has created a separate legal parcel for one of
the residences on the site. This does address Planning Staffs concerns and leaves Mr. Beddo
with one mobile home as an accessory to the farm. Please remove ZPMH-191 from any future
agenda.
