RE: APPOINTMENT OF DEBRA MILLER AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, due to the creation of a new position, a need exists to appoint another
Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it is the
desire of the Board to appoint Debra Miller as Deputy Clerk to the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Debra Miller be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk to the
Board, effective April 26, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of May, A.D., 2004, nunc pro tuns April 26, 2004.
