Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Building Inspection has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
September 14,2004, hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspection is requesting
that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy
the violations.
Weld County Building Violation Cases:
VI-0300197, Timothy J and Elane G Swaney
Chapter 23, Article IV, Division 3, Section 23-4-180 and Chapter 29, Article VIII (8), Section 29-8-40
The building permit for the medical hardship mobile home shall have all inspections completed and a
Certificate of Occupancy issued.

The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
September 14, 2004 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services staff is
requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to
remedy the violations.
Weld County Violation Cases Continued:
VI-0400042, Samuel &Cynthia Clark dba: Sam's Landscape Supply& Materials
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.B.8, 23-3-40.R and
23-3-40.V of the Weld County Code.
The business and all associated storage shall be removed from the property or the Use by Special Review
(USR-1475) application process shall be completed in a timely fashion.
Weld County Zoning Violation Cases:
VI-0300231, Mr. & Mrs. Harold Satur dba: 34 Centre
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 4 of Sections 23-3-310, 23-3-310.B, 23-3-310.B.1, 23-3-310,C,
23-3-310.C.1, 23-3-310.D and 23-3-310.E of the Weld County Code.
A Site Plan Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services.
Once an approved Site Plan Review plat has been recorded, the violation will be closed; otherwise, all activity
shall be removed from the site.

A letter vacating USR-971 shall be submitted with a complete Site Plan Review application to the Department
of Planning Services. Otherwise, all commercial activity and storage shall be removed from the property.
