Schmidt II, and I, COnstance A. Schmidt, have property located at 25811 Burman Lane, Kersey, Colorado 80644. Apparently, someone has the impression that we moved from this location due to the truck traffic from the Holloways located on WCR 48. I am writing this letter to state that this is not true. We never had any problems with the Holloways. In fact, if we had a complaint about truck traffic it would be with the Nelson who reside just South of us. The Nelson's have cattle trucks coming in and out at all hours of the night. It was their trucks that prohibited from my son from riding his 4-wheeler on the south end of our property. You see when ever those trucks would go to turn in to the Nelson's, they would swing way into our drive way to be able to make the turn. My Husband and I moved from our property back in June, 2003. The property is currently for sale, but it's because we re-located to Greeley. The Holloway's have every right to have their trucks there, and if they don't then you must end business at the Nelson's as well. The Holloway's have put down something to prevent the dust, which is more than I have ever seen the Nelsons do.
