for an Oil and Gas Support Service (hauling of water) and Semi-trailers and Cargo Containers
Situated as Permanent Storage Units in the A (Agricultural) Zone District has been
recommended unfavorably to the Board of County Commissioners by the Planning
Commission. The legal description of the property involved is shown as Lot B of Recorded
Exemption #2820; being part of the NE1/4 of Section 8, Township 4 North, Range 64 West of the

If you wish to be heard by the Board of County Commissioners, it will be necessary for you to

To whom it may concern,
My husband, Donald E. Schmidt II, and I, COnstance A. Schmidt, have property located at 25811 Burman Lane,
Kersey, Colorado 80644. Apparently, someone has the impression that we moved from this location due to the
truck traffic from the Holloways located on WCR 48. I am writing this letter to state that this is not true. We never
had any problems with the Holloways. In fact, if we had a complaint about truck traffic it would be with the Nelson
who reside just South of us. The Nelson's have cattle trucks coming in and out at all hours of the night. It was
their trucks that prohibited from my son from riding his 4-wheeler on the south end of our property. You see when
ever those trucks would go to turn in to the Nelson's, they would swing way into our drive way to be able to make
the turn.
My Husband and I moved from our property back in June, 2003. The property is currently for sale, but it's
because we re-located to Greeley. The Holloway's have every right to have their trucks there, and if they don't
then you must end business at the Nelson's as well. The Holloway's have put down something to prevent the
dust, which is more than I have ever seen the Nelsons do.

As neighbors to the north of Eddie and Becky Holloway, we have lived at 25906
Burman Lane since May of 2003, and purchased our property one year prior to making
this our residence with the knowledge of Holloway Enterprises across the road.
The Holloways have been great neighbors, and we have not had any issues with their
trucking business and do not anticipate any in the future.

I am Justin Whipple I live at 22971 WCR 53. I am neighbors with the Holloway's
and have been since they moved in. The Holloway's have informed us of their plans to
use their land for their business and in no way am I bothered by this or do I have any
problems with the traffic or any thing else related to their business .I firmly believe that
Mr. Holloway has done all that he could to please the surrounding neighbors and I thank
him for his efforts.
