RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Thomas Harbaugh be appointed to said board
as the alternate probation representative, to replace Carla Cronk, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Gil Trujillo be reappointed to said board as the
Probation representative; that Kristin Erwin be reappointed to said board as the school district
representative; that Angela Rizzuto be reappointed to said board as the school district
representative; and that John Cordova be reappointed and reassigned to said board from alternate
to regular member as citizen representative replacing Janice Brown, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Harbaugh to said board, and
to reappoint Gil Trujillo, Kristin Erwin,Angela Rizzuto and John Cordova to said board, all with terms
to expire November 1, 2007, and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Thomas Harbaugh be,and hereby is,appointed to the Juvenile Community
Review Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Gil Trujillo, Kristin Erwin, Angela Rizzuto and John Cordova be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with terms to expire November 1, 2007.
