Mr. Shanks is requesting that 3r" AMUSR-764 be partially vacated in accordance with Section 23-2-200.G of the Weld County Code. Background information: Legal Description: Part of the N2 Section 30, T6N, R65W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, CO. Location: South of and adjacent to County Road 66; approximately A mile east of County Road 37. The site is 3/4 mile north of Greeley. 3rd AMUSR-764: 3rd AMUSR-764 was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on March 8, 1995, for the expansion of an agricultural service establishment. Swift and Company recently applied for Recorded Exemption 3860. The vacation will ensure that 3r° AMUSf2-764 follows the proposed lot lines. The attached map indicates the portion to be vacated in hatch marks. Per Section 23-2-200G of the code, we 970-151-0665 Fax hereby submit this letter and accompanying map for a"decrease in the land mass occupied be a Use by Special Review....". The purpose of the submission of the 4th Amended USR 764 is to vacate unnecessary portions from the current 3rd Amended USR. There have been four previous filings of this USR, the original, an Amended, a tad Amended, and now a current 3'd Amended. When the original USR was granted, the actual boundary was simply squared off and may have been scaled when created. Now that the property has been surveyed and improvements located, the client wishes to amend the USR and remove unnecessary portions of the USR. The supplemental map enclosed should more clearly show how the client wishes to remove portions from this USR.
