Attached please find a communication that is being sent to all US Cable subscribers in the
Gilcrest, Valley Village and Platteville areas.
Beginning October 1, 2004 US Cable will be decreasing their monthly charges for Digital Cable
on additional outlets by $1.00 and increasing the cost to the primary outlet(Gateway) by $1.00.
Digital Cable additional outlets will go from $7.00 per month to $6.00 per month. Digital Cable
Gateway will go from $7.00 per month to $8.00 per month.
