QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, Made this 24th day of July, 2002 between
Asphalt Specialties, Co., Inc., a Colorado corporation
of the County of Adams and State of Colorado, grantor,and
Hunt Brothers Properties, Inc., a Colorado corporation
whose legal address in 7321 East Bath Avenue, Henderson, CO 80640
of the County of Adams and State of Colorado, grantees:

has remised, released, sold and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents do remise,
