RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 187 -
DAVID ADDINK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on the 15th of June, 1983, the Board of County
Commissioners approved Subdivision Exemption No. 187 for David
Addink covering property described as Lots 1 and 2 of the Union
Colony Subdivision which is part of the SW4 SW;, Section 10 ,
T5N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, approval of Subdivision Exemption No. 187 was
conditional upon the applicant removing the mobile home from
the above described tract of land within ninety days from the
date of approval by the Board, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that Subdivision Ex-
emption No. 187 be amended to delete said condition and has pre-
sented evidence to support his request, and,
WHEREAS, the Board, after study and review, deems it ad-
visable to remove said condition from Subdivision Exemption
No. 187 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the condition that the
applicant must remove the mobile home from the above described
tract of land within ninety days from the date of approval by
the Board be, and hereby is, deleted from Subdivision Exemption
No. 187.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
September, A.D. , 1983.
