RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1194 - DONALD F. CLARK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 16th day of July, 1986 , considered the request of
Donald F. Clark for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the NWa NE4, Section 5 , Township 7
North, Range 56 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) The
mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the
applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Donald
T. Clark for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
4lereinabove listed conditions .

recommends that the request be -approved for the following reasons:

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The -applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home
within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners.
2. Prior to occupancy of the mobile home, Condition 1 above shall be
satisfied.

Dear Ms. Dunn:
We have reviewed the Donald Clark application for a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling and have the following comments.
1 . Projected traffic on State Highway 14 indicates the need for a 120 - foot
total right of way, 60 feet each side of the highway centerline. We ask
that this mobile home be located outside of this projected right of way.
2. Access to the property on which the mobile home would be located is obtained
through an existing driveway to S.H. 14. Since this driveway also serves
an existing residence and is adequate for residential traffic, no Access
Permit is required.
