As you are aware,our license has been summarily suspended. It is our intention to reopen the
Phone:970-352-2852 ext.29 Oasis program and be able to provide a good quality program in which the needs of the DYC
Fax:970-352-4428 population is served. As we acknowledge our past problems, it is our hope to be able to address
these problems in a way to help prevent them from happening in the future. We are holding a
meeting with state licensing, DYC, Weld County Social Services, and Larimer County Social
Services. The purpose of this meeting is to get any feedback,criticisms,and suggestions from all
the parties in which we hope to be working with again in the near future to help make the pro-
gram more successful. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
The meeting will be on Friday,August 13,2004 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Oasis.
