RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 534 - BRAD PICKERT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statutes and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 30th
day of December, 1981, considered the request of Brad Pickert
for a second mobile home as an accessory use on a parcel of
land more particularly described as follows :
Part of the W2, Section 28 , Township 4 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, as well as the recommendation of the Department
of Planning Services, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the request of Brad Pickert for permission
to place a second mobile home as an accessory use on an
Agricultural Unit be, and and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th
day of December, A.D. , 1981.
