RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM ANTHONY AND DIANE GODDARD TO PREADVERTISE
SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW
PERMIT #1494
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has received a request from the Department of Planning Services,
on behalf of Anthony and Diane Goddard, P.O. Box 67, Brighton, Colorado 80601-0067, c/o
LANDPROfessionals, LLC, 4311 Highway 66, Suite 4, Longmont, Colorado 80504, for
preadvertisement of an application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit #1494 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right, an Accessory Use, or a Use by Special
Review in the Industrial Zone Districts (machine and welding shop) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District, and
WHEREAS,said property is described as LotA of Recorded Exemption#2862; being part
of the E1/2 SW1/4 of Section 33,Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M.,Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS,after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request,with
the hearing date to be set as January 19, 2005, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the request from the Department of Planning Services, on behalf of Anthony
and Diane Goddard,c/o LANDPROfessionals, LLC,for preadvertisement of an application for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1494 fora Use Permitted as a Use
by Right, an Accessory Use, or a Use by Special Review in the Industrial Zone Districts (machine
and welding shop) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said request
be, and hereby is, set as January 19, 2005, at 10:00 a.m.

COLORADO SUBJECT: Request for Pre-advertisement
The Department of Planning Services, on behalf of Anthony and Diane Goddard, c/o
LANDPROfessionals, LLC,has submitted a request that the application for Use by Special Review
Permit#1494 be pre-advertised. The case was initially scheduled to be heard by the Planning
Commission on December 21, 2004; however, due to lack of legal publication, the case has been
continued to January 4, 2005. If you wish to approve this request, a hearing before the Board on
January 19, 2005, will allow adequate time for advertising.
