HomeMy WebLinkAbout810442.tiff RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 511 - BEN AND BETTY BEIERLE WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administer the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 9th day of November, 1981, considered the request of Ben and Betty Beierle for a mobile home as a temporary residence in addition to a principal dwelling for use during a medical hardship on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows : Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5 , Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners having heard the applicants, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ben and Betty Beierle for permission to place a mobile home as a temporary residence in addition to a principal dwelling for use during a medical hardship on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is , granted.
