HomeMy WebLinkAbout20042844.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1393 FOR A COMMERCIAL ROPING ARENA (INDOOR/OUTDOOR) AND A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNIT (OTHER THAN THOSE PERMITTED UNDER SECTION 23-3-20.A OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - BEAU RAPPEL AND JED RAPPEL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 22nd day of September,2004,at the hour of 10:00 a.m.in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Beau Rappel and Jed Rappel,34018 Weld County Road 55,Gill,Colorado 80624, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1393 for a Commercial Roping Arena(indoor/outdoor)and a Single Family Dwelling Unit(other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code) in the A(Agricultural)Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: LotA of Recorded Exemption#2060; being part of the S1/2 SW1/4 of Section 10,Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, at said hearing on the 22nd of September, 2004, Department of Planning Services staff recommended this matter be continued one week, due to the property not being posted in a timely manner, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deemed it advisable to continue this matter until September 29, 2004. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the application of Beau Rappel and Jed Rappel for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1393 for a Commercial Roping Arena (indoor/outdoor) and a Single Family Dwelling Unit (other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code)in the A(Agricultural)Zone District on the parcel of land described above be, and hereby is, continued to September 29, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. 2004-2844 PL1742 rn fi-, Pig -, 4x2-, c,4 8q mss- �y The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of September, A.D., 2004.
