The determination dated November 20, 2002 is amended to grant exemption effective the given
date. The deed between the applicant and St. John's German Evangelical Lutheran Church,
dated September 18, 2000, is held to represent a change in name only. The applicant (grantee)
thus considered as being the same as the grantor, the previous exemption under File No. 62-
01033 continues from the effective date under File No. 62-01555.
