RE : APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT OF $100 TO RICHARD E. HAMM FOR
PERMIT REFILING FEE ON HAMM GRAVEL PIT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Couuuissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of March, 1983, the Board of
County Commissioners entered into an agreement with Richard E.
Hamm, et al, for the use of gravel for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the agreement covered property to be known as
Hamm Gravel Pit, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 4 ,
Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
Weld County, Colorado, along the St. Vrain River, and
WHEREAS, the County agreed to reimburse the Owner in the
amount of $1242 . 00, said amount having been utilized for the
expenses of acquiring the necessary permits, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that it was necessary
for Richard E. Hamm to file a revised plan with the Mined Land
Reclamation Board to finalize the permit, and
WHEREAS, it was also necessary for Richard E . Hamm to pay
an additional $100 . 00 for refiling said revised plan, and
WHEREAS, after consideration, the Board of County Commissioners
deems it advisable to reimburse Richard E . Hamm for the permit
refiling fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Richard E . Hamm be
reimbursed $100 . 00 for the permit refiling fee which was paid
by Mr. Hamm to the Mined Land Reclamation Board.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of

Subject: Hann Gravel Pit (Permit refiling)
A revised plan along with a new Limited Impact Permit was sent to Mr. Haan
because of changes in the original plan. This was needed to final the
permit with the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
Upon calling the Mined Land Reclamation Board before sending the information
to Mr. Hamm, it was found that there would be a $100.00 fee for refiling
the permit. Mr. Haan paid this $100.00 refiling fee and would now like to
be reimbursed as it was agreed that the County would pay all the fees on
the gravel pit.
The original agreement of $1242.00 that was set aside for the operation has
been utilized, and the extra $100.00 is now needed to reimburse Mr. Hamra
for the refiling permit payment.
