RE: APPOINTMENT OF WALTER TEEL TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Adjust-
ment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Walter Teel be appointed
to a second term on said Board of Adjustment, said term expiring
on December 31 , 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Walter Teel be, and hereby
is, appointed to a second term on the Board of Adjustment, said
term to expire December 31, 1981.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
July, A.D. , 1980.

Subject: Board of Adjustment Reappointment
On July 31, 1978, Walter Teel of Windsor was appointed to an At-Large
position on the Board of Adjustment to fill a vacancy in a term which
was to have expired December 31, 1978. In reviewing advisory board
records, it has become apparent that Mr. Teel's reappointment or
replacement was not acted on at the end of 1978, although he has
continued to serve on the Board of Adjustment since then.
it is my recommendation that Mr. Teel be officially reappointed to
the Board of Adjustment for the remainder of this normal term, which
would expire on December 31, 1981. If the Board has no objections to
proceeding in this manner, I will list the reappointment on the Board's
agenda for action on Wednesday, Jul/2,_1980.
