RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Dr. Ronald Clark be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Hessler and Richard Boettcher be
appointed to said board to replace Brian Larson and Don Cummins, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Dr. Ronald Clark to said board,with
a term to expire January 11, 2005, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Robert Hessler and Richard Boettcher
to said board, with terms to expire January 9, 2007.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dr. Ronald Clark be, and hereby is, reappointed to the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, with a term to expire January 11, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board, that Robert Hessler and Richard Boettcher
be,and hereby are,appointed to the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees,with terms
to expire January 9, 2007.

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of January, A.D., 2004.
