RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN,
PF #613 - CATTAIL CREEK GROUP, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 21st day of
July, 2004, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Cattail Creek Group, LLC, do George DuBard, 304 Immigrant Trail, Windsor,
Colorado 80550,for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan,
PF#613,for eight(8)lots with E(Estate)Zone uses and one(1)lot with A(Agricultural)Zone uses,
along with approximately 30.13 acres of open space on the following described real estate,to-wit:
Lot C of Recorded Exemption#2637;being part of the
SW1/4 of Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the applicant was represented by Anne Best-Johnson, Todd
Hodges Design, LLC, 1269 North Cleveland Avenue, Loveland, Colorado 80537, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to
August 18, 2004, to allow adequate time to publish a corrected notice reflecting the appropriate
amount of open space (approximately 7.1 acres).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to August 18,2004,
at 10:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
