A RESOLUTION SUMMARIZING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR THE GENERAL
FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT
AUTHORITY DISTRICT, LOCATED IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR
YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 2005, AND ENDING ON THE LAST
DAY OF DECEMBER, 2005
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners, of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, of Weld County, Colorado, ex-officio
Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority Board,has appointed the Weld County Director of Finance
and Administration to prepare and submit a proposed budget to said governing body at the proper
time, and
WHEREAS,said Director of Finance and Administration has submitted a proposed budget
to this governing body for its consideration, and
WHEREAS, upon due and proper notice, published or posted in accordance with the law,
said proposed budget was open for inspection by the public at a designated place,a public hearing
was held on December 15, 2004, and interested taxpayers were given the opportunity to file or
register any objections to said proposed budget.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners,ex-officio
Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority Board, as follows.
Section1. That estimated expenditures for each fund are as follows:
General Fund $ 14,722
2004-3503
SD0004
Section 2. That estimated revenues for each fund are as follows:
General Fund:
From unappropriated surpluses $ _0_
From sources other than general property tax 1,200
From the general property tax levy 13.522
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $ 14,722
Section 3. That the budget,as submitted,amended,and hereinabove summarized byfund,
hereby is approved and adopted as the budget of the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority
District for the year above stated.
Section 4. That the budget hereby approved and adopted shall be signed by the Chair,
Board of County Commissioners, ex-officio Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority Board, and
made a part of the public records of the District.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of December, A.D., 2004.
