For those new to the development, RMWS treats the development in the fall with zinc phosphide to control the population of voles, kangaroo rats, and deer mice. The rodent control is preventive in nature and will result in a significant reduction of rodents, which will help for developing landscaping, reducing mice in our homes, and reducing rattlesnake exposure for pets and kids. Some of you have expressed that you do not want your property treated due to issues with your animals becoming sick. If you do not want your property treated, please send me an e-mail with your name and address and I will inform RMWS.
