This is in reference to the Weld County minor resubdivision, RS# 1063.
D-The concerns of the city of Greeley.
E- The concerns of Union Colony Fire.
The two concerns(D & E)do not apply now as only 80 feet of the eastern portion of B Street
was vacated. That portion is east of both residents and is not even paved. There is a ditch on the
east end of the road.
There is a 60 foot utility easement on the plat and fire department would not require or need to
use this vacated potion of the B street.
