That raceyv'as originally on the SRAC (Sports Riders Association of Colorado) schedule for the track in Cheyenne, WY, and the date was July 27, 2004. We prepared for the race on July 27, 2004, but the week before the race, it rained on Wednesday and again all of Friday night, causing us to cancel the race. The only open date left was the weekend of September 4 and 5, so we will be running a motocross race at Leahy Family Farm LLC on September 5, 2004. All of the permitting material we originally turned in remains the same with one exception. The concession will be operated by the Town of Milliken, using the joint Volunteer Fire Departments grills and food preparation equipment. They have applied for their permit to the Weld County Health Department and as far as I know, they have received a temporary permit to do so.
