At the present time that property and tower is owned by O'Kieffe Broadcasting Company (KYOU and KGRE) . O'Kieffe Broadcasting has been authorized by the ELL to increase its power and with that authorization it is necessary that another radio tower be constructed upon the site, and due to the size of that tower additional property is necessary so that guy lines can be properly installed to support the new tower. This proposed Amended Subdivision Exemption now increases the total parcel of property to 3.664 acres and, if approved, along with the Amended Use by Special Review, a new tower will be constructed.
