I am applying for a zoning permit to build an accessory dwell-
ing on 261 acres describe the d
and SE4 of S 33, 3, R68W except the portion NE of Kelso Gul
My Sons and I farm together. My sons Gregg and two children and
Lane and I have been living in the main house . Gregg is to be
married soon and will have 4 children, so I feel that he should
live in the main house . He is in charge of the actual farm op-
eration and also has a fair sized flock of sheep operation.
Both of thew: activities require him to be here at all times.
The accessory dwelling will be for my son Lane and my self. He
does a lot of our mechanical work and helps in the field during
peak times . I 'm the farm manager and do a lot of the selling
of our hay to people buying in small amounts . This requires that
I be close to the hay and scale .
The small house on the north side of the "farmstead" buildings
is occupied by my son Neal and his family. He also helps us at
peak times and helps with the mechanical jobs .
There is a house and grade A dairy and corrals just east of
W.C .R. 52 (in the center of the south side of the proper ty) .
We rent set of buildings to a dairyman.
