1. On September 30, 2004, the Colorado Office of Consumer Counsel filed an
Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for all parties who are allowed to file answer
testimony to and including October 22, 2004.
2. Good cause having been shown, the Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time of
Two Weeks will be granted.
II. ORDER
A. It Is Ordered That:
1. The Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time within which all parties are
allowed to file answer testimony to and including October 22, 2004 is granted.
2. This Order is effective immediately.
