RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BARBARA EURICH AS WELD COUNTY CONTROLLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,there currently exists a vacancy in the office of Weld County Comptroller, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has recommended that Barbara
Eurich be appointed as Weld County Controller, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Barbara Eurich as Weld County
Controller, effective November 1, 2004.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Barbara Eurich be, and hereby is, appointed to the office of Weld County
Controller, effective November 1, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of November, A.D., 2004.
