RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #3038, SUBDIVISION
EXEMPTION #874, AND MOBILE HOME PERMITS, ZPMH #2401, #2402, AND #2403 -
RONALD AND SUE ANN GRABRIAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners, on May 24, 2004,considered the request
of Ronald Grabrian, 6325 Weld County Road 23, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for Recorded
Exemption#3038, Subdivision Exemption#874, and Mobile Home Permits, ZPMH#2401, #2402,
and #2403, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matters one
month to allow Ronald and Sue Ann Grabrian adequate time to obtain legal counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Recorded Exemption #3038, Subdivision Exemption #874, and Mobile
Home Permits, ZPMH #2401, #2402, and#2403 be, and hereby are, continued to June 28, 2004,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 24th day of May, A.D., 2004.
