RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 738 - GLEN L. HANSEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 25th day of May, 1983, considered the request
of Glen L. Hansen to place a mobile home to be used as a prin-
cipal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, on the parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
The Wh SW4, Section 16 , T2N, R66W of the
6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant applying
for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home with-
in thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners; and 2) the applicant removing from said
parcel the existing home within one-hundred-twenty (120) days
from the date of the finaled building permit for the double-
wide mobile home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Glen
L. Hansen for permission to place a mobile home to be used as
a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to
the conditions above listed.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The applicant intends to remove his existing residence at 14051 Weld County Road 20
and replace the dwelling unit with an energy efficient double-wide mobile home.
The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any objections to this
application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional
upon:
1. The applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for the
mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by
the Board of County Commissioners; and
2. The applicant removing from said parcel the existing home within one-
hundred-twenty (120) days from the date of the finaled building permit
for the double-wide mobile home.

Dear Sir:
I request a Mobile Home Building Permit for a principle
dwelling on my property located at 14051 Weld County Road
20, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621.
The present dwelling is an old home. I wish to upgrade
my residence with an energy efficient double-wide mobile
hare. The manufactured house has a 3/12 pitch roof and
asphalt shingles. It also has hardboard siding. The new
have will be more spacious, comfortable, and cost less
to heat.
The old have will be torn down three to four months after
I move into the new hare.
