RE: Non-viable mineral resource on Greeley RV Park Property.
Dear Mr. Gathman;
I am writing this letter in response to your question of a viable mineral resource on the
Greeley RV Park expansion property east of Greeley, south of State Highway 34, along
the South Platte River. I do not believe that the gravel at this location is a viable source.
The poor resource of gravel combined with the cost of mining and exporting the material
makes this property very difficult for a mining operation. Thus making the gravel a non-
viable resource.
