Weld County Zoning Violation Case continued from February 10, 2004: VI-0300325, Ms. Linda Bigley Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1, Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.H of the Weld County Code. The number of household pets shall be reduced to a total of 16 (sixteen) or a Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0300272, Mr. Jose Aleman Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.1, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code.
