NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION •
IN RE THE ORGANIZATION OF HUDSON HILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT,
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there was filed in the Weld County District
Court, on the 24th day of March, 2004, entitled "In Re the Organization of Hudson Hills
Metropolitan District, Weld County, Colorado" (the "Petition"), which Petition prays for the
organization of the Hudson Hills Metropolitan District(the"District"), pursuant to the provisions of
§ 32-1-301, et seq., C.R.S.
The purposes of the proposed District are as follows:
a. streets and safety controls
b. water services and facilities
c. sanitary sewer services and facilities
c. park and recreation services and facilities
The District is located entirely within the boundaries of Weld County, Colorado. A legal
description of the property, which the proposed District encompasses, is attached hereto as Exhibit
A.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any time after the filing of the Petition for the
organization of the proposed District in the District Court for the County of Weld, but no later than

ten (10) days before the hearing on the Petition, in accordance with the provisions of§32-l-303(3),
C.R.S., the owner of any real property within the proposed District may file a petition with the
District Court stating reasons why said property should not he included therein and requesting that
said real property be excluded therefrom. Such petition shall be duly verified and shall describe the
property for which the exclusion is requested. The Court shall hear said petition and any objections
thereto and shall determine whether, in the best public interest, said property should be excluded or
included in the proposed District.
. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that by an Order of the Weld County District Court, a
