MEMORANDUM
As a result of Metromedia's Board of Assessment Appeals filing, we have entered into
a stipulation, which has been approved by the BAA. Since then, Metromedia has filed
bankruptcy. The Stipulation and Joint Motion for Order and the BAA Order on
Stipulation are attached. The impact is shown below:
