Subject: CZ-1052 plat corrections
Dear Mr. Howe,
I have reviewed the CZ-1052 plat and have the following corrections:
1) Show the boundaries of the properties to be rezoned in a darker line (to distinguish from the railroad right of
way and other improvements).
2)The current zoning of the property: "A(Agricultural)" and proposed zoning of the property: "1-3 (Industrial)"shall
be indicated on the plat below the plat title block.
3) Under the property owner's certification: change the words"DO HEREBY REQUEST"to "DO HEREBY
CERTIFY".
Some minor spelling items:
4) Under legal description: "THERE FROM" should read "THEREFROM".
5) "PLANNING COMMISION CERTIFICATION"should read "PLANNING COMMISSION CERTIFICATION".
Let me know if you have any questions. Once the mylar is prepared, please give it to the applicant as there are
still several conditions of approval that will need to be addressed by the applicant before this can be recorded.
