RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO FAIR BOARD - SCOTT PRUETT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Scott Pruett be appointed to said board to
replace Carol Karre, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Scott Pruett to said board, with a
term to expire September 30, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Scott Pruett be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with a
term to expire September 30, 2007.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of October, A.D., 2004.
