RE: ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF FLATIRON PAVING COMPANY OF GREELEY CON-
CERNING WELD COUNTY ROAD 66 CONTINGENT UPON APPROVAL OF
RAILROAD CROSSING BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Flatiron Paving Company of Greeley submitted the
low bid of $394, 091. 50 concerning the grading, drainage and
paving of Weld County Road #66, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to accept
the low bid of Flatiron Paving Company of Greeley contingent upon
final approval by the Public Utilities Commission of the railroad
crossing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the low bid submitted by
Flatiron Paving Company concerning the grading, drainage and
paving of Weld County Road #66 be, and hereby is , approved contin-
gent upon final approval of the railroad crossing by the Public
Utilities Commission.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of
December, A.D. , 1980.
