RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BUILDING TRADES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the autho-ity of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Garvin Westhoff be appointed to said board as
the Weld County Home Builders representative, to replace Scott Renfroe, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Mark Doty be reappointed to said board as the
cement contractor representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Garvin Westhoff and reappoint Mark
Doty to said board, with terms to expire April 10, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Garvin Westhoff be,and hereby is,appointed to the Building Trades Advisory
Committee, with a term to expire April 10, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Mark Doty be, and hereby is, reappointed
to the Building Trades Advisory Committee, with a term to expire April 10, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of February, A.D., 2004.
