RESOLUTION
RE: METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION TECHNICAL ADVISORY GROUP APPOINTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on
March 25, 1982, did indicate that they wish to participate in the Metropolitan
Planning Organization by having a member on the technical advisory group, and
WHEREAS, the Larimer-Weld Council of Governments has indicated that the
first meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 14, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners feel that the most appropriate
appointment to the Metropolitan Planning Organization Technical Advisory Group
is the County Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that Drew Scheltinga is hereby appointed to represent
Weld County on the Metropolitan Planning Organization Technical Advisory Group.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of May, . A.D. , 1982.
