RESOLUTION RE: MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 767 - RICHARD C. SCHNEIDER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on January 20, 1983, Richard C. Schneider was granted a staff issued Zoning Permit for Mobile Home to be used for temporary storage and to be located in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the NW4, Section 1, T4N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , said permit expired on July 20, 1983, and Richard C. Schneider now seeks an extension for said permit from the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request for an extension shall be granted for a six (6) month period of time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Richard C . Schneider to have a mobile home to be used for temporary storage on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted for a six (6) month period of time; said extended permit to expire on January 20, 1984.
