RE: APPOINTMENT OF JACK HOLMAN TO WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Plan-
ning Commission due to the resignation of Chuck Carlson, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jack Holman be appointed
to the Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of Chuck
Carlson, said term to expire on July 31, 1981, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Jack Holman to said Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jack Holman be, and hereby
is, appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission for a term
to expire July 31, 1981 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.
