RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR HOTEL AND
RESTAURANT LICENSE - RAMON ZAVALA, DBA EL VAQUERO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Ramon Zavala, dba El Vaquero, presented to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,an application forthe renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant
Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, and
WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 2nd day of August, 2004, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow adequate time to verify the Weld
County Sheriffs Office has no concerns regarding this request, and
WHEREAS,the Board deemed it advisable to continue this matter to August 9,2004,at 9:00
a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that the renewal application for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, presented
by Ramon Zavala, dba El Vaquero, be, and hereby is, continued to August 9, 2004, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 2nd day of August, A.D., 2004.
