I. STATEMENT
1. On April 23, 2004, Staff of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (Staff) filed
an Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to File Report in response to Qwest
Corporation's Cost Study. Staff also requests that response time to the motion be waived.
2. Staff requests a three-week enlargement of time to file its report to the
Commission of the Cost Study and any necessary modifications required by 4 Code of Colorado
Regulations 723-17-3.5. Staff has contacted all of the intervenors in this action and none oppose
the motion.
3. Good cause having been shown,the motion of Staff will be granted.

II. ORDER
A. It Is Ordered That:
1. The unopposed motion filed by the Staff of the Colorado Public Utilities
Commission for an enlargement of time of three weeks to file its report required by 4 Code of
Colorado Regulations 723-17-3.5 is granted.
2. Response time to the motion is waived.
3. This Order is effective immediately.
