The Weld County Planning Commission will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 16,
2004, at 1:30 p.m. for the purpose of
considering a Change of Zone from A
(Agricultural)to PUD(DalMar Estates)for nine
(9) lots with E (Estate) Uses (34 acres) and
three (3) non-residential outlots (21 acres)
open space for the property described below.
