The Sellers don't have the right to infringe on or impact me or my neighbors in a negative manner. With that in mind, I have a few comments for suggestions for changes 1B Delete screening plan and 1C second sentence. Delete starting with the word must through the remainder of the sentence. Insert home business must be enclosed within a building structure or removed from the property. The reason for this is the Sellers have at least 11 pieces of equipment* including trailers, semi trucks, reefers, loader tractors etc. Screening would be impractical and aesthetically not pleasing as it would require a 20 foot high solid fence. Also one cannot expect landscaping to accomplish screening. It would take several years to provide screening through landscaping Another problem with landscaping is the water it requires. New well permits do not allow water for anything but house use. 2. 1G Suggest deleting the off street parking spaces and the parking area. Insert the word the prior to access drive. The reason for this change is the neighborhood, myself included, does not want any encouragement or thoughts that this home business turns into a commercial or industrial business. Home businesses without employees should not have a need for off street parking or parking areas. 3. I don't understand the need for#19 of the development standards. Who would require these if there are no employees on site? If you don't agree with having the construction business vehicles enclosed in a building, then I request an additional development standard#25 and renumber the rest to read, "The screening onsite shall be maintained in accordance with the approved screening plan." In closing, I am not against the single home or the home business but believe with these additional conditions and development standards that I have will allow the least chance of being negatively impacted. I am very concerned about the statement home business and would like to have the type of business which is planned to be spelled out. Also, I think the changes I have requested are more practical and cost effective, thereby ensuring a greater chance for implementation.
