6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado, and being that tract of land lying South of the
Southerly right-of-way of the Gilmore Canal as described in Book 262, page 118, recorded
December 23, 1911, in the Weld County records and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 8 and considering the East line of said
Southeast quarter to bear North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, and with all other
bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 697.64 feet along said East line to a
point on the Southerly right-of-way line of said Gilmore Canal, said Southerly right-of-way
line lying 25 feet Southerly as measured at right angles from the described centerline of
said canal; Thence along said Southerly right-of-way line by the following 7 courses: South
