Amendment No.5 to Contract for Food Services
THIS AMENDMENT NO.5, entered into this it day of &run btt , 2005 by and between the
County of Weld ("COUNTY"), and ARAMARK Correctional Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
with offices at 1801 South Meyers Road, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois 60181, ("ARAMARK").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the Wackenhut Corporation, through its division, Correctional
Foodservice Management ("CFM") did, on December 6, 1999, enter into an Agreement for the
management of the food service operation at the Weld County Jail, and subsequently such Agreement was
assigned by CFM to ARAMARK; and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Agreement as hereinafter set forth, effective January 1,
2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and of the mutual promises in said Agreement
and all Amendments thereto, it is mutually agreed as follows:
1. Term: The term of the Agreement shall be renewed for a one (1) year period, effective from
January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
Except as hereinabove provided, said Agreement, dated December 6, 1999, is hereby in all other respects
ratified and confirmed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No.5 to be signed by their
duly authorized representatives the day and year first written above.
