RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1500 FOR
AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT FACILITY (CLASS II OILFIELD WASTE DISPOSAL
FACILITY) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - ROBERT AND ESTHER
WEIDEMAN, C/O MARCUM MIDSTREAM 1995-2 BUSINESS TRUST, DBA
CONQUEST DISPOSAL SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 11th day of
May, 2005, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Robert and Esther Wiedeman, do Marcum Midstream 1995-2 Business Trust, dba
Conquest Disposal Service,Attn: Dale Butcher,Trustee, 1610 29th Avenue Place#200, Greeley,
Colorado 80634,fora Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1500
for an Oil and Gas Support Facility (Class II oilfield waste disposal facility) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot C of Recorded Exemption #4022; being part of
Section 29,Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow
the applicant adequate time to address issues with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation
Commission with regard to injection pressures at the injection facility, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to June 15, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to June 15,2005,
at 10:00 a.m.
